My wonderful client in Olympia is searching for a family assistant for her family. She is a single mom to a nine-year-old son and a six- year-old daughter.
Mom is looking for someone that is a professional nanny, who is safety conscious and is educated in child development. The position would entail school pick-ups, after-school activities, light housekeeping and meal preparation.
The Family: They are a fun, happy trio. They truly enjoy spending time together as a family. They have weekly game nights, enjoy going on family bike rides, they have movie nights, play video games and they love discovering new art projects.
The Family Assistant: Mom is looking for someone that can develop a connection with the kids, is caring, friendly, professional, educated, courteous, and helpful.
Days/Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 2:00pm-5:00pm (Guaranteed 12 hours per week)
Start Date: Last week of August, if possible.
Longevity: Two years
Compensation: $25.00-$30.00/hr.
LAKEWOOD FAMILY ASSISTANT-FILLED

The Family: They love to laugh, spend time together, watch movies and play games together. They enjoy being active exploring where they live. They just relocated back to Washington state from California, so they are excited to see all the activities that Washington has to offer.
The Nanny: The parents are looking for a nanny who is experienced, enthusiastic about childcare, loving, nurturing, kid-focused, organized and dependable.
Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-7:00pm (They can guarantee 25 hours per week)

My amazing clients in Olympia are seeking a part-time household manager for their family. They are searching for someone that can assist with childcare, school pickups, driving children to afterschool activities, light housekeeping, running errands, grocery shopping, scheduling appointments, occasional meal preparation and assisting with family laundry.
Mom and Dad are both busy professionals in the medical field. Both parents are very driven and organized.
They have two sons; one is 10 years old and the other is eight years old.
Their eldest son loves math, soccer, bike riding, running and building this. He is very analytical, curious, active, structured and social. Their youngest son loves math, soccer, golf and water activities. He is very smart, creative, silly, active and outgoing.
The Family: Enjoys spending time as a family doing activities such as short hikes, bike rides, skiing, snowboarding, swimming and playing cards and games.

The Nanny: The family is looking for someone that has a great work ethic, is dependable, proactive, neat, organized kind and that is a great communicator. They would like someone that knows how to navigate setting boundaries with the kids but also is engaging with them in play, helping them to come up with ideas for activities.

MARYSVILLE NANNY POSITION
My lovely clients in Marysville are searching for part-time nanny for their twins. This is a childcare focused position. The twins will be four months old when the position begins. Mom and Dad are very family oriented and outgoing.
Their daughter is happy and curious, and their son is happy and smiley.
The Family: The parents have been busy with the twins and establishing a routine, so they have not gotten out much. They do enjoy going for long walks as a family, though.

The Nanny: The parents are looking for a nanny that is well versed and passionate about infant care.
They are looking for a nanny that is respectful, loving, caring, patient, organized, reliable and kind.
Experience with multiples/ twins is a plus.
Days: Monday- Wednesday
Hours: 7:00am-4:00pm

KENT NANNY POSITION
My wonderful clients in Kent are seeking a part-time nanny for their 14-month-old daughter.
Their daughter is energetic and silly. She loves music, reading books, going for walks in the stroller, picking up rocks and climbing on things.
The Family: The family enjoys hiking, trying new restaurants and exploring new places in Washington, as they just moved here last year. They are looking forward to skiing and travelling once their daughter gets older.

The Nanny: The parents are looking for a nanny that is well versed and passionate about toddler care. Ideally, with several years of experience with toddlers as a nanny. They are looking for someone that is kind, trustworthy and energetic. They would like someone that can plan activities that will keep their daughter engaged and learning throughout the day. They would like someone that will focus on interacting with her, playing games with and who will help her learn new things through activities. They would also value someone with patience and initiative, as it takes their daughter a bit of time to adjust to being with a new childcare provider.
They value reliability and dependability as both parents are physicians and need to leave on time for the clinic/ operating room.
Hours: Wednesdays- Two times a month, would be 7:00am-6:00pm. The
other two Wednesdays would be 9:00am-4:00pm,
with some flexibility depending on nanny’s preference/
availability.
Thursdays- 7:00am-6:00pm
Fridays - 9:00am-4pm, with some flexibility depending on
Nanny’s preference/availability.
The schedule for Wednesday’s is known three months
in advance, so the nanny would know in advance
which Wednesdays would be long vs. short.
* They will guarantee 30 hours per week.
Days: Wednesday- Friday
Start date: As soon as the right candidate can be found.
Longevity: At least one year. (They are thinking until their daughter is 2.5-3 years old, though.)
Compensation: $35.00/hr.
TUMWATER NANNY POSITION
Wonderful Tumwater family is looking for a part-time nanny for their 5- month-old daughter. The focus of the position is caring for and engaging their daughter. They also request some light housekeeping duties that pertain to the baby and washing bottles. Mom works from home, so the nanny needs to be comfortable with a parent being at home while they are providing care.
FAMILY: Both parents are busy professionals. They are very into fitness and are a very active family. As a family they like to explore new trails and go for family hikes.
NANNY: The parents are looking for a nanny that has infant experience, is developmental minded, is patient, warm, nurturing, communicative, reliable and attentive.
DAYS: Monday-Friday
HOURS: 1:00pm-4:00pm M,W,TH,F
8:00am-4:00pm Tuesdays
20 hours per week are guaranteed.
COMPENSATION: $20.00/hr.-$25.00hr. (DOE)
