My wonderful client in Olympia is searching for a family assistant for her family. She is a single mom to a nine-year-old son and a six- year-old daughter.
Mom is looking for someone that is a professional nanny, who is safety conscious and is educated in child development. The position would entail school pick-ups, after-school activities, light housekeeping and meal preparation.
The Family: They are a fun, happy trio. They truly enjoy spending time together as a family. They have weekly game nights, enjoy going on family bike rides, they have movie nights, play video games and they love discovering new art projects.
The Family Assistant: Mom is looking for someone that can develop a connection with the kids, is caring, friendly, professional, educated, courteous, and helpful.
Days/Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 2:00pm-5:00pm (Guaranteed 12 hours per week)
Start Date: Last week of August, if possible.
Longevity: Two years
Compensation: $25.00-$30.00/hr.
LAKEWOOD FAMILY ASSISTANT

who love spending time with their children and as a family. They have two children, a 9-year-old daughter and a 5- year- old son.
The Family: They love to laugh, spend time together, watch movies and play games together. They enjoy being active exploring where they live. They just relocated back to Washington state from California, so they are excited to see all the activities that Washington has to offer.
The Nanny: The parents are looking for a nanny who is experienced, enthusiastic about childcare, loving, nurturing, kid-focused, organized and dependable.
Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-7:00pm (They can guarantee 25 hours per week)
Longevity: Long term
Compensation: $25.00-30.00/hr.

OLYMPIA HOUSEHOLD MANAGER
My amazing clients in Olympia are seeking a part-time household manager for their family. They are searching for someone that can assist with childcare, school pickups, driving children to afterschool activities, light housekeeping, running errands, grocery shopping, scheduling appointments, occasional meal preparation and assisting with family laundry.
Mom and Dad are both busy professionals in the medical field. Both parents are very driven and organized.
They have two sons; one is 10 years old and the other is eight years old.
Their eldest son loves math, soccer, bike riding, running and building this. He is very analytical, curious, active, structured and social. Their youngest son loves math, soccer, golf and water activities. He is very smart, creative, silly, active and outgoing.
The Family: Enjoys spending time as a family doing activities such as short hikes, bike rides, skiing, snowboarding, swimming and playing cards and games.

The Nanny: The family is looking for someone that has a great work ethic, is dependable, proactive, neat, organized kind and that is a great communicator. They would like someone that knows how to navigate setting boundaries with the kids but also is engaging with them in play, helping them to come up with ideas for activities.
Hours: 12:00pm-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Start Date: As soon as the right fit can be found.
Longevity: Long term
Compensation: $30.00/hr.
GIG HARBOR FAMILY ASSISTANT
My wonderful client in Gig Harbor is looking for a part-time family assistant.
She is a single mom to two great sons, one in middle school, the other a freshman in high school. She is looking for someone that connects with her boys and can be a positive role model for them. The position would entail school pick-ups, errands, sport teams drop-offs, light housekeeping, meal preparation (Snacks and next day school lunches) and assisting the boys with their homework and daily chores. (Making sure that both get completed)
The Family: They are active, fluid, like the outdoors and their pets. They enjoy skiing, traveling, playing cards, chess, playing ping pong, pickleball, and throwing around a baseball or football. They have two cats and one dog.
The Family Assistant: Mom is looking for someone that can develop a connection with the boys, knows how to talk to teens, is mature but playful, easy going but consistently reliable, is able to make decisions on their own and use their own common sense. She is also looking for a family assistant that has emotional maturity, is fun, flexible, reliable and takes pride in their own work.
Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-5:00pm/6:00pm (Guaranteed 15 hours per week)
Start Date: as soon as the right fit can be found.
Longevity: Through the school year at a minimum.
Compensation: $25.00
